Privacy and cookie policy

  1. Data controller.
    • The controller of personal data collected through webtsx.com is Webtsx Tomasz Siwek, ul. Reymonta 12E/40, 05-250 Radzymin, Poland.
    • You can contact us about your data through the contact form or by phone at +48 503 503 587.
  2. What data we collect and why.
    • Contact form and e-mail. When you send us an enquiry we process your e-mail address, phone number (if provided), the content of your message and technical connection data (time, IP address). We use them only to reply and to prepare an offer — legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
    • Statistics. We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. A banner shown on your first visit lets you decline; if you do, Analytics is not loaded — legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site and your right to object (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Server logs. The web server records standard request data (requested address, time, browser information, IP address, referring page). They are used only to run and secure the service and are not linked to individual visitors.
  3. How long we keep data.
    • Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law or needed to establish or defend claims.
    • Server logs are kept for a limited time needed for administration and security.
  4. Who receives the data.
    • Data may be processed by providers who host and maintain the site and e-mail on our behalf, and by Google in connection with Google Analytics. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
    • We do not sell personal data and share it with public authorities only when required by law.
  5. Your rights.
    • You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).
    • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the authority in your country of residence.
  6. Cookies.
    • Cookies are small text files stored on your device. This site uses them for traffic statistics (Google Analytics: cookies starting with _ga) and, on the page with the contact form, a technical session cookie that protects the form against abuse.
    • Your choice on the cookie banner is remembered in your browser's local storage. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again.
    • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser: Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Safari (iOS).
